Neue Kategorie auf meinem Blog: Shopping selection
Da ich erst gestern Nacht von meinem Kurztrtip nach Paris zurückgekommen bin, müsst ihr Euch noch ein wenig mit einem Paris-Post gedulden! Aber bis dahin vertröstet Euch hoffentlich eine neue Kategorie auf meinem Blog: Da nämlich die Shopping Tipps meiner Posts "blue night of love" bzw. "code red" so gut angekommen sind und ich meinen Blog ein wenig erweitern möchte, werde ich ab heute jede Woche einen "shopping selection"-Post zu meiner jeweiligen "collection" erstellen. Im Rahmen meiner "knits collection" habe ich heute daher einige Shopping-Tipps rund ums Thema "Strick" für Euch. Inklusive dazu passender Accessoires. Hoffe, es sind ein paar Inspirationen für Euch dabei und Euch gefällt meine neue Kategorie. - Freue mich auf Euer feedback!

New section on my blog: Shopping selection
Because I've come back very late yesterday evening from my trip to Paris, you have to be patient until my post about the C&A fashion party. But until then I have something new for you: Because feedback on shopping selection of my posts "blue night of love" and "code red" has been really good and I want to extend my blog a little bit, I'll post every week a "shopping selection" from now on matching to my "collections". Therefore today I've some shopping tips all around knitwear in the course of my "knits collection". Hoffe, ihr seid nicht enttäuscht, dass ihr heute noch keinen Bericht über meinen Paris-Aufenthalt findet - den gibt's das nächste Mal :-) ... Heute zeige ich Euch noch mein drittes Outfit im Rahmen meiner "knits collection", das wir am letzten Wochenende geshootet haben. Für diejenigen, die denken, dass in Wien ständig die Sonne scheint: Nein, das tut sie leider nicht. Aber wenn die Sonne mal scheint, nützen wir dies aus, und shooten gleich zwei bis drei Outfits :-) ... Was sagt ihr zu einer meiner aktuellen Lieblings-Kombis: Strick & Leder?

Today I want to show you the third look of my "knits collection", shooted last weekend. Those guys of you wondering whether sun is always shining in Vienna: No, unfortunately definitely not. My trip with C&A to Paris.

Wie ich Euch bereits hier berichtet habe, wurde ich mit einigen anderen BloggerInnen & JournalistInnen aus ganz Europa von C&A eingeladen, beim Opening Event der Filiale am berühmten Place de La Madeleine in Paris letzte Woche Mittwoch dabei zu sein. Warum? C&A setzt aktuell eine "Re-Imagine Kampagne" um, in deren Rahmen die Marke ein komplett neues Image inkl. Flagship-Stores in Düsseldorf, Madrid und Paris verpasst bekommt. Neben Bloggerinnen wie Masha Sedgwick aus Berlin, Mi-Ji von Styleseeking Zürich oder Jocelina von Pink Chocolate Break (Rotterdam) hatte ich die Ehre, mich vom neuen Konzept selbst zu überzeugen. (Auf dem ersten Bild seht ihr übrigens neben dem C&A-Team meine österreichische Begleitung Bernhard von Adi Weiss und Ursula von der Styria Multi Media.) Obwohl C&A eine der größten Modeketten in Europa ist, wurde deren Image bis jetzt von wenigen mit "fashionable", "young & trendy" oder "stylish" in Verbindung gebracht. Aber die neuen Kollektionen sind wirklich gelungen und auch die Flagship-Stores (zB in Düsseldorf, Madrid und Paris) sind völlig anders als die bekannten Stores gestaltet - ein Image-Wandel könnte also gelingen. Man merkt, dass C&A getreu dem Motto "on the move" in Bewegung ist. Überzeugt Euch am besten selbst davon! Um Euch ein wenig auf den Geschmack zu bringen, habe ich einige Fotos vom Event und den neuen Looks für Euch.

Natürlich habe ich die Zeit in Paris auch für klassisches Sightseeing, Shopping (meine Beute zeige ich Euch in gesonderten Posts) & (viel) französischen Rotwein trinken genützt. Diese stilvolle, elegante & geschichtsträchtige Stadt der Mode & Liebe hat mich (wieder mal) extremst begeistert und daher lasse ich meine Fotos für sich sprechen <3 ... Danke an C&A für diese wundervolle Zeit! A bientôt, mon Paris!

Mit C&A in Paris.

As I've already mentioned here C&A invited some bloggers and journalists from whole Europa to their opening event of famous La Madeleine store in Paris last Wednesday. Why? C&A is currently implementing their "re-imagine campaign" to create a new image including flagship stores at Düsseldorf, Madrid and Paris. Bloggers like Masha Sedgwick from Berlin, Mi-Ji from Styleseeking Zürich or Jocelina from Pink Chocolate Break (Rotterdam) and I had the honor to convince ourselves of this new concept. (On the first pic you can see a part of C&A team as well as my Austrian fellow travellers Bernhard of Adi Weiss and Ursula of Styria Multi Media.) Even C&A belongs to one of Europe's biggest fashion chains, they're image haven't been quite "fashionable", "young & trendy" or "stylish"until yet. But new collections are really worth seeing and the new flagship stores (already in Düsseldorf, Madrid and Paris) are completely different than we're used to it - C&A's image change could definitely work! We could really feel, that C&A is on the move - true to their slogan :-) ... But go and see for yourself! To give you a taste of it, just have a look at me pics from the event and the new looks!

Of course I've also took advantage of some sightseeing, shopping (I'll show you my cravings in some of my next posts) & drinking (lots of) french red wine. This classy, elegant & historic city of love & fashion took me once more in their spell and therefore I want to make my pics talk <3 ... Thank you so much C&A for having me! A bientôt, mon Paris!

Alle Jahre wieder.

Kennt ihr das? Die alljährliche Suche nach dem perfekten Begleiter durch die kalte Jahreszeit. Alle Jahre wieder suche ich einen neuen Wintermantel bzw. eine -jacke. Er oder sie soll super warm sein (hübsche, aber nicht allzu warme Wollmäntel habe ich zur Genüge), sowohl chic als auch casual und vor allem etwas Besonderes sein. Etwas, das nicht jeder hat. Diese wiederkehrende Suche habe ich vor kurzem beim Christmas Late Night Shopping im Designer Outlet Parndorf erfolgreich & vor allem überglücklich beendet. Bei meinem Streifzug durch die Stores der üblichen Verdächtigen bin ich erstmals bei Sluis Leder hängen geblieben und mir war sofort klar, dass ich hier auf keinen Fall ohne eines der gefütterten Leder-Exemplar das Geschäft verlasse. Schlussendlich habe ich mich für die cognacbraune Daunen-Lammlederjacke entschieden, da sie alle meine Wunschkriterien erfüllt. Und außerdem passt sie farblich perfekt zu meinen reichlich vorhandenen Accessoires bzw. Taschen und Schuhen wie meinen neuen gefütterten Deichmann-Stiefeln aus Echtleder. - Was sagt ihr zu meinem neuen Winterliebling, der übrigens meine "outerwear collection" diese Woche eröffnet?

Same procedure as every year.

Do you know every year's search for the perfect companion bringing you through the cold season? So every year I'm looking for new outerwear - a winter coat or jacket. It has to be super warm, both chic 'n casual and above all something very special. Not worn by everybody. I've successfully and overjoyed finished this search at Christmas Late Night Shopping at Designer Outlet Parndorf recently. Strolling through my "usual suspects" I stopped for the first time at Sluis Leder and I knew immediately that I won't leave this shop without one of these wonderful lined leather jackets. I've finally decided to take a cognac brown jacket made of lamb skin leather cause it fulfills all of my criteria. And furthermore

Mein Evergreen: Der schwarze Wildledermantel.

Der schwarze Wildledermantel gehört seit circa. vier Jahren zu den Klassikern in meiner eigenen kleinen "Jacken-Mäntel-Abteilung". Zugegebenermaßen trage ich ihn nicht allzu oft. Aber wenn ich ihn zusammen mit meinen schwarzen Wildleder-Overknee-Stiefeln ausführe, fühle ich mich ein bisschen wie Catwoman. Je nachdem, was dazu getragen wird, wirkt die Stiefel-Mantel-Kombi entweder sehr feminin, leicht verrucht, rockig oder stylish. Meine Wahl am letzten Wochenende: Gestreifter Bleistiftrock, cropped Pulli und ein bisschen Bling Bling. - Was sagt ihr zu meinem heutigen Look? Wie schaut Eure "outerwear collection" aus? Daunenmäntel, Duffle coats, Jacken, ...?

My evergreen: Black suede leather coat.

This black suede leather coat is a classic in my very own small "jacket-coat-department" for the last four years. Admittedly I unfortunately don't wear it quite often. But as soon as I'm wearing this coat combined with my black suede leather overknee boots I'm feeling a little like Catwoman. Depending on the rest of the style this boots-coat-combo can look quite feminine, a little wicked, rocky or just stylish. My choice at last weekend: Striped pencil skirt, cropped sweater and some of my bling bling. - What do you think about my OOTD? And what does your "outerwear collection" looks like? Zeit der Klassik.

So gerne ich bunte Farben & Muster trage und das Ganze auch noch mixe & matche. In der Adventszeit wähle ich besonders gerne klassische Weihnachtsfarben wie gold, schwarz und rot. Diese Farben wirken immer festlich und elegant und sind die perfekten Begleiter für Weihnachtsfeiern und sonstige feierliche Anlässe in der Vorweihnachtszeit. Daher widme ich diese Woche meiner "golden collection" und glänze mit goldener Weihnachtsdeko um die Wette. Mein heutiges Outfit, vor allem der Rock, erinnert mich an die Epoche des Art Déco mit deren stilisierten und flächigen Darstellung von floralen und organischen Motiven. Perfekt dazu passen meine Vintage-Ohrringe aus dem Paris der 1940er Jahre, die ich beim wirklich empfehlenswerten Kunsthandel Pichler entdeckt habe. Schlichte, klassische Pumps von Deichmann runden meinen heutigen Look ab. - Was sagt ihr zu Art Decó? Und was zu goldener Kleidung und goldenem Schmuck im allgemeinen und in der Adventszeit im besonderen?

Time of classic.

As much as I'm in love with bright colors & patterns and especially mixing & matching them. During the Advent season I quite often choose classy Christmas colors like gold, black and red. These colors always appear really festive and elegant and they're perfect partners for Christmas parties and other solemn occasions during pre-Christmas season. Therefore I'm dedicating this week to my "golden collection" and sparkle to the et with all the golden Christmas decoration. My OOTD, especially my skirt, reminds me of Art Déco ear with its stylized and flat representation of floral and organic motives. My original vintage earrings from Paris around 1940 discovered at absolutely recommendable Art trade Pichler are perfect matching to it. Plain and classy high heels by Deichmann round out my today's look. - What do you think about Art Déco? And what about golden clothes & jewels in general and at Christmas season in particular?

Die Stunde vor Sonnenuntergang.

Letzten Sonntag haben wir das tolle Wetter bzw. die "goldene Stunde" genützt, um ein paar Fotos in einer unserer Lieblings-Locations (dem Belvedere) zu machen. Was wir unterschätzt haben: Sehr, sehr viele Touristen nutzten ebenfalls das schöne Wetter, um durch den Belevedere-Garten zum Christkindlmarkt zu bummeln. Interessanter- und lustigerweise wurde ich während unseres Shootings plötzlich zu einem sehr begehrten "Foto-Objekt" und darf mich jetzt über unzähligen Fotos in Umarmung mit japanischen, arabischen, italienischen, ... Touristen freuen. Ich bin mir nur nicht sicher, für was mich die Touristen hielten: Ein aus der Krippe entlaufenes Schaf, das Christkind in güldenem Gewand, eine Nachfahrin des exzentrischen Falco oder was/wen auch immer. - Wie findet ihr das zweite Outfit meiner "golden collection"? Cooler Mix oder eher Disco-Schaf?

The hour before sunset.

Last sunday we've been so happy about the beautiful weather and took some pics at one of our favorite places (Belvedere) during amazing "golden hour". But we've underestimated, that lots of tourists also used the lovely weather for strolling through garden of Belvedere on the way to Christmas market. Interestingly and funnily I've suddenly turned into a quite popular "photo subject" during our shooting and now I've the pleasure to own lots of pics embracing tourists from Japan, Saudi Arabia, Italy, ... But I'm not quite sure yet what they've thought about me: Maybe that I'm a sheep run away from crib or christmas angel in a golden robe or a descendant of eccentric Falco or whatever / whoever. - What you think about my "golden collection's" second look? Cool mix or a kind of disco sheep?

James Bond vs. Nikolaus.

Obwohl heute Nikolaus ist und ich diesen süßen Mann wirklich gerne mag, zeige ich mich heute nicht in einem rot-weißen Kostüm mit Rauschebart. Im Rahmen meiner "golden collection" diese Woche ist mir aktuell viel mehr nach James Bond, Glamour & Glitzer. Daher kommt mir die neue Dezember-Aktion des Casino Wien gerade recht. Das Casino Wien schenkt den ersten 500 Damen, die an einem Freitag- oder Samstag-Abend im Dezember mit einem Kleidungsstück oder Accessoire in der Farbe Gold ins Casino Wien kommen, einen goldenen Nagellack. Tja - ratet mal, wo ich am Wochenende bin und was ich tragen werde :-) ... Jawoll, diesen maskulinen Damensmoking mit entsprechender "Golddeko". - Wie geht es Euch mit der Farbe Gold bei Kleidung & Accessoires? James Bond vs. Nikolaus.

Even if we're celebrating St. Nicholas today and I really like this cute man, I'm not wearing a red-white costume and a long white beard. Within my this week's "golden collection" I actually prefer James Bond, glamour & glitter. Therefore new December campaign of Casino Vienna is quite right for me: The first 500 ladies coming to Casino Vienna on friday or saturday in December wearing clothes or accessories in gold get a golden nail polish! Well - guess, what I'm doing this weekend and what I will wear :-) ... Yesss - thes masculine smoking for women added with some matching "golden decoration". - What's your opinion about golden clothes & accessories? If your wardrobe leaves much to be desired concerning gold and if you want to increase the golden part in your closet, I have prepared some "golden inspiration" for you. Röcke im Winter und BCB (beige, cognac & braun).

Zwei meiner Garderoben-Basics: 1. Dass ich früher eine große Vorliebe für sämtliche Beige- und Brauntöne hatte, habe ich Euch bereits hier gestanden. Dies hat sich mittlerweile geändert und ich greife bevorzugt zu kräftigen Farben. Dennoch trage ich beige, cognac und braun immer wieder gerne - vor allem, wenn es ein bißchen klassischer sein soll bzw. bei Basic-Teilen wie Mänteln. 2. Ich trage bevorzugt Röcke bzw. Kleider anstelle von Hosen - egal zu welcher Jahreszeit. (Natürlich gibt's Ausnahmen wie Christkindlmärkte, lange Winterspaziergänge usw.) Was also liegt da näher, als mit meinen zwei Neuzugängen "beiger Mantel" und "cognacfarbener fake leather skirt" meine "skirt collection" diese Woche zu starten? Den Mantel habe ich übrigens von meiner Reise mit C&A nach Paris mitgebracht und er ist Bestandteil der neuen Jessica Pure collection, die es bereits online und in den Shops gibt.

Alles neu macht der Winter.

Apropos neu. Nicht nur C&A wird uns künftig mit einem neuen Gesicht begegnen. Auch Österreichs größtes Einkaufszentrum - die SCS (Shopping City Süd) erstrahlt seit kurzem in völlig neuem Gewand und mit neuen Shops. Die Neueröffnung wurde gebührend mit einem großartigen Event und Stargästen wie Jerry Hall gefeiert. In monatelanger Arbeit wurde das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einkaufszentrum modernisiert und lockt seither auch mich mit seinem hellen Architekturkonzept zum einen oder anderen Einkaufsbummel ein. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich bisher kein allzu großer Fan der SCS war, da sie mir zu dunkel und verwinkelt war. Dies hat sich aber jetzt komplett geändert und ich freue mich vor allem über Österreichs 1. Flagship-Store von Michael Kors in der SCS. Gespannt bin ich auch auf Österreichs größten PRIMARK, der am 11. Dezember in der SCS eröffnen wird.

Skirts in Winter and BCB (beige, cognac & brown).

Two of my closet-basics: 1. I've already told you here, that previously I've preferably worn several shades of beige and brown. Meanwhile this has changed and I prefer to wear bright colors. But nevertheless I love to wear beige, cognac and brown - especially if I want to be a bit more classy or rather for basics like coats. 2. I preferably wear skirts and clothes instead of pants - in any season. (Of course there are exceptions like christmas markets or long winter strolls.) So what could be closer to start with my new beige coat and cognac brown fake leather skirt my this week's "skirt collection"? By the way - this coat is from my journey to Paris with C&A and it's part of new Yessica Pure collection, already available online and in the shops.

Everything is new in Winter.

Talking of new. Not only C&A has rearranged and will show as a totally new design in the future. SCS (Shopping City Süd) Austria's biggest shopping centre has been redesigned and reappears in a new guise and with new shops recently. The reopening was duly celebrated in an amazing event and with star guests like Jerry Hall. SCS was getting up in years but with it's georgous new architecture it has totally changed and it's even attract me to go for some shopping strolls. I have to admit, that I was not a big fan of SCS before this renovation, because it was too dark and angled for me. But now it has completely changed and I'm especially looking forward to Austria's first Michael Kors flagship store at SCS. Furthermore I'm looking forward (quite ambivalent) to Austria's biggest PRIMARK, opening on December 11th at SCS.

Meine Muster & Farben.

Was sind Eure Lieblingsfarben und -muster? Meine Vorlieben sind Euch mittlerweile sicher bekannt: Ich trage gerne bunte & kräftige Farben, aber auch monochrome Looks in Pastell- oder nude-Tönen, eher selten komplett schwarz. Meine Vorliebe für Muster schwankt je nach Laune und Jahreszeit. Aber als all-time-favorite in diesem Jahr haben sich für mich Punkte herausgestellt. (Ich habe Euch bereits hier, hier oder hier unterschiedliche "Dalmatiner"-Looks vorgestellt.) So konnte ich dem süßen Pullover und den wunderbar passenden Vintage-Ohrringen vom Kunsthandel Pichler selbstverständlich nicht widerstehen, da sie eine perfekte Ergänzung zu meinen vorhandenen Punkte-Schätzen sind. - Wie geht's Euch mit Punkten? My patterns & colors.

What are your favorite colors and patterns? I think you guys already know my preferences: I prefer to wear bright colors, but I'm also in love with monochrome looks in pastel and nude colors, rather rare black allover. My preference for patterns depends from my mood and season. But this year it has become increasingly obvious that dots are my favorite patterns in 2013. (I've already shown you various "Dalmatian" looks here, here and here.) Therefore I couldn't resist this lovely sweater and amazing vintage earrings by Kunsthandel Pichler cause they are perfect matching partners to my existing dots-darlings. - What do you think about dots? Kreativ & inspirierend - oder doch nicht?

Wie lange braucht ihr, um ein Outfit herzurichten? Ich glaube, ich bin da eine typische Frau. Manchmal dauert das bei mir drei Minuten, manchmal eine halbe Stunde. Manchmal bin ich der Meinung, dass ich einen ganz wunderbar & vielfältig bestückten Kleiderschrank habe, manchmal habe ich absolut NICHTS zum Anziehen. An manchen Tagen bin ich super kreativ und mixe und matche was das Zeug hält, an manchen Tag geht Styling-technisch gar nichts. Kennt ihr das? Die Wahl für dieses Outfit ging übrigens ratz fatz - ich wollte meinen neuen Karorock von C&A in Paris cool, aber auch gemütlich in Szene setzen. - Gelungenes Outfit nach Eurer Meinung oder hätte ich doch noch ein paar Minuten mehr vor dem Kleiderschrank verbringen sollen :-) ...?

Creativ & inspiring - or not?

How long do you need to create your outfits? I think I'm a typical woman concerning that. Sometimes it lasts three minutes to choose my OOTD, sometimes half an hour. Sometimes I share the opinion that my closet is really amazing & quite various, sometimes I really have NOTHING to wear. On some days anything goes, I'm super creative and max & match for all it's worth, sometimes nothing goes. Do you know that? By the way - it was a really quick & easy thing to choose this look - I've just wanted to put my new tartan skirt from C&A in Paris into a both cool and cozy setting. - Well-done outfit or would it have been better to stay a few minutes more in front of my closes :-) ...?

How to style purple?

Diese Woche geht's auf meinem Blog um die Farbe "purple" und ich möchte Euch drei völlig unterschiedliche Looks zeigen, wie man diesen satten Ton stylen kann. Von sportlich-casual, über elegant bis hin zu extravagant. Am liebsten kombiniere ich purple mit gedeckten Farben wie schwarz, weiß oder grau. Aber auch mit rosa, beige oder gold wirkt violett-weinrot sehr edel. Mein erster Look besteht aus meinem Winter-Lieblingsduo Lederhose & Strickpullover, dazu meine clutch in purple, die ihr bereits von meinem Post "Fashion Camp Vienna" kennt. How to style purple?

This week it's all about "purple" on my blog and I want to show you three completely different looks how to style this lovely & rich color. From sporty & casual, elegant up to extravagant. Preferably I combine purple with muted colors like black, white or grey. But also with light pink, beige or gold purple looks absolutely amazing and chic. My first Look consists of one of my favorite winter-combos leather pants & knitted sweater, combined with my purple clutch (you already know this clutch from my post "Fashion Camp Vienna". New in and perfect matching are my college jacket and heels by Deichmann. - What do you think abut my "collage woman"-look?

Anything goes in fashion?

Politisch und ideologisch gesehen haben der Bohemian-Style und Camouflage bzw. Military-Style wohl kaum was gemeinsam. Modisch betrachtet? Kommt sich drauf an, ob man sich traut, Ungewohntes zu mixen und ob sich (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes) ein roter Faden durch den gesamten Look zieht. In meinem heutigen Outfit habe ich genau das gemacht: Das satte violett-rot beruhigt meinen Stil-Mix und lässt die unterschiedlichen Stile und Materialien (Camouflage-Jeansbluse, Lederrock, Pelzjacke) harmonisch wirken. Zumindest ist das meine Meinung :-) ... - Wie geht es Euch mit meinem heutigen Look?

Anything goes in fashion?

From a political and ideological perspective bohemian style and camouflage or rather military style don't have much in common. And from a fashion perspective? It depends from whether you dare to mix new & unusual and whether there's a central theme connecting the complete look. In my OOTD I've exactly done this: The deep and rich purple-red calms down my style mix and makes the different styles and materials (camouflage jeans blouse, leather skirt, fur jacket) appear very harmoniously. That's at least my opinion :-) ... - What are your comments to my OOTD?

Weihnachten - Das Fest der Liebe. Und des Stresses.

Endlich, endlich ist es so weit. Heute ist mein letzter Arbeitstag und die weihnachtliche Reise nach Hause (Vorarlberg) steht bald an. Ich gehöre zu der Sorte Frau, die fast alles an Weihnachten und der Adventszeit liebt. Wohnung dekorieren, Kekse backen (OK, heuer war's nur essen), Glühwein trinken, "Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel" schauen, Christkindlmärkte besuchen usw. Allerdings besteht die "besinnliche Adventszeit" nicht nur aus diesen schönen Dingen. Es gehören auch das teils verzweifelte & zeitraubende Besorgen von Weihnachtsgeschenken dazu, endlose Staus durch die Stadt, Stress im Job (schließlich will man alles noch vor Weihnachten bzw. in diesem Jahr abschließen) usw. Daher ist mein heutiges Outfit irgendwie symbolisch für diese Zeit: Sowohl elegant und kuschlig (high heels, purple, gold, Tweed, Strick), als auch etwas "demoliert" (destroyed boyfriend jeans). Obwohl dies nicht mein letzter Post vor Weihnachten sein wird, wünsche ich Euch jetzt bereits alles Gute für die letzten Arbeitstage und weihnachtlichen Vorbereitungen, ein stressfreies letztes Advents-Wochenende und bei einigen eine gute & sichere Heimreise!

Christmas - Celebration of love. And stress.

Finally the time has come. Today's my last working day and we will soon start our "christmas journey" home to my family (Vorarlberg). I'm belonging to those women in love with everything around Christmas. Decorating our home, baking cookies (OK, not baking but rather eating), drinking mulled wine, watching "Three nuts for Cinderella", visiting Christmas markets, ... However - Christmas season not only exists of this lovely things. This contemplative time also includes searching for some presents quite desperately and time-consuming, getting stuck in traffic, lots of work stress (finally you want to finish EVERYTHING before christmas or rather this year) etc. Therefore my OOTD is quite symbolic for this time: Both elegant & cozy (high heels, purple. gold, tweed & knits) and a bit "demolished" (destroyed boyfriend jeans). Even if this is not my last post before Christmas I already want to wish you the best for your last working days and christmas preparations, a stressless last Advent weekend and for some guys of you a good and safe journey home!

Wünsche Euch ein wunderschönes Weihnachtsfest!

Als ich mir für diese Woche eine collection überlegt habe, dachte ich (typisch Jahresende bzw. -rückblick) an meine Lieblingstrends bzw. -stücke im Jahr 2013. Und dazu gehören unter anderem Lederhosen, jogging pants, Mustermixe, rosa Mäntel und weiße Pumps. Vor allem letztere habe ich im Sommer fast pausenlos getragen - siehe zum Beispiel hier, hier, hier oder hier. Zum Jahresende möchte ich ihnen daher in meiner "white pumps collection" nochmals eine ganz besondere Ehre zuteil werden lassen und Euch mit drei Looks zeigen, dass weiße heels auch wintertauglich sind. Und da ihr mein Outfit für den morgigen Weihnachtsabend bereits von meinem Post "Art Déco" kennt, zeige ich Euch stattdessen lieber meinen "Grinch-Look" mit weißen Pumps :-) ... Das zumindest war die Reaktion meines Allerliebsten auf mein heutiges Outfit ... Was sagt ihr zu meinem heutigen Look? Gemeiner Grinch oder cooler Look? - Wie auch immer Eure Antwort ausfällt: Ich wünsche Euch von ganzem Herzen ein wunderschönes & besinnliches Weihnachten im Kreise Eurer Lieben <3 ...!

PS.: Auch wenn es nicht den Anschein erweckt: Wir haben die Fotos nicht im September sondern am Wochenende in Wien bei circa 12 Grad gemacht. Ganz ehrlich hätte ich so langsam nichts gegen winterliche(re) Verhältnisse und freue mich daher schon total auf Schnee in Vorarlbergs Bergen :-) ... When I started thinking about a new collection, a typical yearly review with my favorite trends or rather items was in my mind. And among others this includes leather pants, jogging pants, mixed patterns, light pink coats and white heels. Especially the latter I've worn almost the whole summer - check it out for example here, here, here or here. Therefore I want to grant a very special honor to them in my this week's "white pumps collection". I'll show you three different looks in order to demonstrate that they're also working in winter. And cause you already know my look for Christmas Eve from my post "Art Déco", I prefer instead to show you my today's "grinch look" with white pumps :-) ... At least that was the reaction of my sweetheart looking at me ... What do you think about my today's look? PS.: Even if it's not creating the appearance: We've made this pics not in September but last weekend in Vienna at 12 degrees. To be honest - I would be quite happy about more wintery conditions and therefore I'm looking forward to snow in the mountains of Vorarlberg :-) ... Ich liebe Jogging-Hosen.

Jogging-Hosen gehören nach meiner Meinung zu den Kleidungsstücken, die man entweder liebt oder hasst. Bis vor ein paar Monaten habe zu der 2. Kategorie gehört bzw. habe ich Jogging-Hosen ausschließlich zu Hause auf der Couch oder im Sport getragen. Nach und nach haben aber einige schickere Modelle (siehe hier, hier, hier oder hier) Einzug in meinen Kleiderkasten gehalten. Diese graue Hose ist der neueste Zugang und eigentlich die typische Faulenz-Hose für zu Hose. Aber mit coolen Pumps und entsprechender "Oberbekleidung" und ein bisschen Bling Bling finde ich sie absolut straßentauglich. Vor allem ist sie perfekt und super bequem nach unserer familiären Weihnachts-Völlerei :-) ... (Wer mir auf Instagram folgt, weiß, wovon ich spreche ...) - Was sagt ihr zu meinem Jogging-Look? Und was ist Eure bevorzugte Kleidung für die Weihnachts-Feiertage?

I'm in love with jogging pants.

In my opinion jogging pants are belonging to those kind of clothing either you love it or hate it. Until a few months ago I've belonged to the second category and I've worn jogging pants solely for sports or on the sofa at home. But gradually a few chic models made their entry into my closet (see here, here, here or here). And this grey model is my newest entry and for the most quite typical "lazy-home-pants". But combined with cool heels, matching outerwear and some "bling bling" they're absolutely roadworthy in my opinion. And above all they're perfect and super comfy after our familiar Christmas-gluttony :-) ... (Those guys of you following me on Instagram know what I'm talking about ...) - What do you think about my jogging look? And what are your favorite clothes for Christmas holidays?

Weniger ist manchmal mehr.

Nach all den bunten & vielfältigen Weihnachts-Eindrücken, dem leckeren Essen, den vielen eleganten Feiern & Einladungen greife ich ganz gerne mal auf Altbewährtes, Klassisches & "Unaufgeregtes" zurück. Auf Outfits, die zwar stylish sind & einen Funken Eleganz beinhalten, aber hauptsächlich einfach nur bequem sind. Und mein Weihnachts-Bäuchlein kaschieren. So wie meine geliebte Zara-Lederhose, meine lockere Baumwoll-Bluse mit Glitzerkragen und ein gemütlicher Oversized-Cardigan. Und wie immer eine Portion Bling Bling dazu. - Was sagt ihr zum 3. und letzten Look meiner "white pumps collection"?

Sometimes less is more.

After all this bright & various Christmas impressions, the delicious food, the elegant parties & invitations I like to fall back on well-tried, classy & "unexcited" clothes. Outfits both stylish and timeless elegant, but mainly cozy and comfortable. And they have to conceal my Christmas tummy. Like me beloved Zara leather pants, comfy cotton blouse with sequined collar and a cozy oversized cardigan. Revivals, Rückblicke & das neue Jahr 2014
Wie ihr vielleicht wisst, habe ich 2013 meine Liebe für einige fashion Trends der Vergangenheit wieder entdeckt (Muster, cropped tops, Neon), aber auch einige komplett neue Lieblinge gefunden (weiße Pumps, Jogging-Pants, Skaterröcke). Ebenfalls neu bzw. nach vielen Jahren wieder entdeckt habe ich Pullover (neudeutsch und viel cooler sagen wir ja jetzt "Sweater") in unterschiedlichen Formen, Farben & Materialien. Daher widme ich diese Woche meiner "sweater collection". Sweater sind meine neuen Allrounder und Basics für viele Looks - ich trage sie zu eleganten Bleistiftröcken und heels genau so wie zu Stiefeln und Lederhosen. Und jetzt bin ich schon gespannt, was das neue Jahr so bringt! Nicht nur modisch gesehen - sondern ganz allgemein. Ich freue mich 2014 auf viel Neues & Spannendes, aber auch auf Bekanntes und Altbewährtes. Da dies mein letzter Post 2013 sein wird, wünsche ich Euch von Herzen alles Gute für das neue Jahr und einen wundervollen Silvester! Und ich freue mich auf unser nächstes gemeinsames Jahr <3 ...!

Revivals, reviews & new year 2014
As some guys of you may know, in 2013 I've rediscovered my love for some past fashion trends (patterns, cropped tops, neon), but I've also found some new favorites (white pumps, jogging pants, skater skirts). I've also rediscovered sweaters in different cuts, colors & materials. Therefore I'm dedicating this week my "sweater collection". Sweater are my new all-rounder and basics for so many looks - I'm wearing them with pencil skirts & heels or boots& leather pants. And now I'm already looking forward what the new year brings to us! Not only concerning fashion - but rather in general. In 2014 I'm looking forward to lots of new and exciting things, but also to familiar and well-tried. Because that's my last post in 2013 I'm wishing you from the bottom of my heart all the best for the new year and a lovely New Year's Eve! And I would be so glad to spend one more common year with you <3 ...!

Mein modischer Jahresrückblick

Weich, weicher, Fluffy-Pulli.

Kennt ihr den TV-Spot von Zewa Softis mit dem süßen Hasen? Mit meinem neuen Kuschelpulli fühle ich mich wie der süße Hase in dieser Werbung. Mollig warm, kuschlig und süß. Da ich den Hasen zwar extremst zauberhaft und knuffig finde, ich mich aber doch ein wenig von ihm unterscheiden möchte, style ich meinen Fluffy-Sweater etwas stylisher und cooler. Perfekte Kombi-Partner habe ich in meinem neuen camelfarbenen Mantel und meinen dreifärbigen Pumps gefunden, die alle Farben meines Outfits wiederholen. Ihr wisst ja, ich stehe total auf matchy-matchy :-) ... Was sagt ihr zum heutigen Look meiner "sweater collection"? Süß & cool oder kann ich das eher (wie wir Vorarlberger sagen), den Hasen geben ...?

Soft, softer, fluffy sweater.

Do you guys now Zewa Softis spot with the cute rabbit? With this new cuddly sweater I'm feeling like this cute rabbit in the spot. Cozily warm, cuddly and sweet. This rabbit is so charming and snuggling, but nevertheless I don't want to look exactly like him - rather a bit more cool and stylish. So I've found perfect partners in my new camel coat and three-colored pumps, combining all colors of my outfit. As you guys already know, I'm totally in love with that matchy-matchy thing :-) ... What do you think about my today's look of my "sweater collection"? Yay or nay?
